The department of Neurology was started in the year 1988 and is growing in strength with time.
Over the years, the department has evolved into a centre of excellence for stroke management. Started stroke intervention regularly 10 years back. We do 40 to 50 IV THROMBOLYSIS and 12-14 Mechanical Thrombectomy on an average per year.
Mechanical Thrombectomy done by our Stroke interventionist trained at Mt Sinai , New York. We have a team of highly qualified and experienced neurologists who have been delivering neurology care for acute emergencies and common neurological ailments.

The department was established with the goal of providing comprehensive care to the patients with neurological diseases and disorders, while also advancing research and training in the field of neurology. Over the years, the department has grown in size and scope, and today it is one of the leading centers for the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders.
