Obstetrics and gynaecology is the medical specialty that encompasses the two subspecialties of obstetrics (covering pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period) and gynecology (covering the health of the female reproductive system – vagina, uterus, ovaries, and breasts). The specialization is an important part of care for women's health
Operation Theator
- Minor OT is where colposcopy and cryotherapy is done
- Our major OT complex is well equipped to handle all types of emergency and elective surgeries
- All the above care helps us to continue to provide excellent services to the Mother and child
- The cadaver lab in the advanced learning centre is one of its kind in country which is utilized to conduct workshops and cme in department to update students and faculty for latest advancements in obg

Museum
- we have departmental museum with specimens of interest in both obstetrics and gynaecology which is open to both under graduates and post graduates
- We have departmental seminar rooms and departmental library (over 200 book and journals) for both under graduates and post graduates.
- We conduct regular classes for postgraduates
- Add on course for post graduates on fetal medicine, endoscopy and management of high risk pregnancy
