Dr. B. Avinash has 21 experience in the field of Medicine with 16 years experience in Medical Gastroenterology. He is compassionate and conscientious gastroenterologist and seeks to deliver quality clinical service. He was trained under Dr Peter Vilmann at Copenhagen University for Endosonography. His strengths are biliary tract and pancreatic diseases and Inflammatory Bowel Diseases. He has performed more than 20000 endoscopies, 10000 colonoscopies, 5000 ERCPs and 100 Endoscopic Ultrasound examinations till date. He is academic and research oriented and consciously makes an effort to stay up-to-date with the advances and innovations in the field. He is a Governing Council member of Society of GI Endoscopy of India.
