Completed MBBS in 1995, and M.D, Microbiology in 2000, area of interest is bacteriology section have served the institution as secretary- HICC, past seven years. Where I was actively involved in surveillance programmes and training programmes for nurses, and have contributed in forming antibiotic policy to the hospital. I was also a part of drug formulary committee. I have good knowledge and skills about hospital acquired infections audit and management. I am Proficient in diagnosing various infectious diseases. I am well versed with newer automated systems and molecular techniques like RT-PCR. I am confident at interpretation of various serological tests.
