I am Dr. Mohammed Suhail K, Assistant professor in the Dept. of General Medicine at Ramaiah Medical College & Hospital. I have got around 8 ½ years of teaching experience and clinical practice. I have received Late Anyuta Shetty “GOLD MEDAL” award in MBBS at SDM medical college. I have won the “BEST-CASE STUDY AWARD” for my Hypertension paper at Indian School of Hypertension as a medicine faculty. I have authored in various national and international journal articles and also written 3 chapters in a geriatric course textbook for IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University).
I have also guided MBBS students and Interns for achieving there ICMR -STS projects successfully. In Collaboration with IISC engineering dept and ENT dept of Ramaiah we have developed sound based acoustic system to diagnose COVID infection. I have always used innovative teaching and learning methods for academics teaching. I had volunteered for various health related camps especially for the geriatric population and conducted various TV talk shows and CMEs for health promotion and prevention.
