I am an Ophthalmologist who is passionate about the medical and surgical management of patients with various ocular manifestations. Skills include cataract surgery-phacoemulsification and MSICS, Management of diabetic retinopathy with lasers and intravaitreal injections, management of paediatric ophthalmological disorders, paediatric cataract management; Non surgical and surgical management of strabismus. I have published in various national and international journals. I am a guide for post graduate students.
Also, I am a reviewer for various internationally acclaimed journals. In addition, I am a member of the Institution Innovation Council, Career Guidance Cell and NAAC committee.

Trained in Cataract surgeries, PAdeiatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus. Further , I have a PG diploma in Medicolegal systems from Symbiosis.
- The eye is the window to the world, and Ophthalmology an ocean. My research interests pans across the realms of Ophthalmology, especially cataract, paediatric ophthalmology and strabismus , glaucoma and retina. Co ordination and collusion with other departments in the form interdepartmental research, not only the medical faculty, but also beyond, piques my interest as well.
