Dr. T K Sumathy, MD, MNAMS has 23 years of postgraduate teaching experience, all the years, as HOD of the department. She has an experience of 36 years as a faculty in the medical college. She has been a Principal Investigator in more than 25 clinical trials, one of which was audited by the FDA- with a successful outcome. She is a member of several important committees of both the hospitals ,as also of the medical college and RUAS. She has been conferred with a 'best teacher award' by RUAS in this academic year.
