Dr. Vijayadas obtained his MBBS degree from M.S.Ramaiah Medical College Bangalore (2001) and Post Graduate Degree (2005) in Physiology from same college. He has been serving as faculty in the Dept of Physiology since 2008.
He has published 18 full length indexed research papers in various national and international journals. He delivered several invited talks on different topics and organised various Guest lectures.
He has been awarded membership of the National Academy of Medical Sciences which is considered an honour for academic excellence and professional achievements in 2020.
He has completed Advanced Course in Medical education in 2016 and interested in innovations in medical education, mentoring. He was Co- investigator for various ICMR granted research projects and has research works in the field of Pain Physiology, Music therapy, Diabetes, Yoga & Meditation.
