Hospitals have evolved from being services out of philanthropy or the state or social organizations to services by various payors, making healthcare very complex and the growing demands have made hospital administration and health systems management a separate specialty in itself, probably healthcare an industry altogether.
The department is instrumental in delivering an acceptable standard of care and the desired clinical outcomes at a reasonable or even predefined cost through clinical governance and operational excellence by deploying principles of management, continuous quality improvement, digital transformations in a professional manner.
We as a team work to accomplish the hospital vision into a reality, starting from arranging basic needs to our patients and their bystanders to planning the service mix, infection control, efficient utilization of resources and much more. The ultimate aim is to make the hospital a good and safe place to work; catering to the needs of our patients and the communities that we serve making it a safe and trusted hospital
