The Department of Radiodiagnosis at Ramaiah Medical College is unique and distinct.
We have high-end machines for all diagnostic imaging modalities, including Radiography, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasonography and Doppler, Computed Tomography, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging. We also perform basic diagnostic and therapeutic interventions routinely.
The excellent case load of our hospital offers ample opportunity for students to learn and grow. Each member of our faculty is full-time and readily available for academic work and discussions. We have excellent potential for research with on-going inter-department exercises.
Our teaching program is diverse and runs throughout the week. It includes basic and advanced seminars, film reading, symposium, thesis review, pedagogy, journal clubs, signs, and case presentations. We strive to achieve academic excellence through patient care and teaching.
